Use any email — operators don’t need an airline domain. We’ll email you a 6–8 digit code, you type it on the next screen, and we drop you straight into your operator dashboard.

Every member is a real airline employee. We verify employment at signup so you don’t have to.

Photos, amenities, location, reviews — all in one place. We’ll help you build it (concierge onboarding for the first 20-30 operators).
Off-platform tracking
Already have tenants paying via Venmo? Add them as off-platform bookings on the calendar with their name, amount, and deposit so your records stay clean during the transition.
You set your prices
We don’t dictate rent. We take a small percentage of each booking; the rest is yours.
How onboarding works
- Sign upwith the form above. We’ll email you a 6–8 digit code to finish signing in.
- Build your listing.Add photos, beds, house rules, and availability right from your dashboard. Save and come back any time. Need help? We’re a quick email away.
- Submit for review. Our team takes a final look to make sure photos and details are crew-ready, then flips your listing live.
- Set up payouts. Connect your bank via Stripe Express (5 minutes, ID + bank account).
- Go live. First booking usually within a week.
What it costs
Flat 5% per transaction, deducted automatically:
- 3% Stripe processing fee — the card network’s cut, same as anywhere else online.
- 2% CommuterPad platform fee — covers hosting, payouts, support, and platform development.
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no minimum. You only pay when you earn. Same rate for both monthly cold beds and per-night hot beds.
